The Rustic Bite started in 2020, just as a fun way to gather family and friends together over appetizers and drinks.

My name is Ely and my deep love for family and the joy of bringing everyone together around one table, is what got us here. Sharing stories, memories, laughter; whilst sharing my love for cheeses.

I’ve always loved to host and remember starting my venture in 2016. I had my first Cheese & Wine party. It was nothing fancy at all, to me it just meant sharing a bit of me with the ones I love.

Over time, a growing passion for discovering new cheeses, hosting countless gatherings and spending endless hours dreaming up thoughtful details of "what could be" led to the creation of The Rustic Bite. We set out to design experiences that invite guests to gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories.

The meaningful part of our work is being able to play a role in life's unforgettable moments - where connection, conversations, and celebration come together.
