I have allergies/dietary restrictions, can I still place an order?

Yes, when ordering just let us know in the notes field what allergies or restrictions you have and we can tailor the boards to fit your needs. We cater to Vegan, Dairy free, Vegetarian and other diets.

Is your facility nut free?

Unfortunately our facilities are not nut free. We work with a variety of nuts on the boards (almonds, cashews, walnuts, peanuts, etc) and we are not able to guarantee a nut free board.

Does The Rustic Bite deliver?

Currently we do deliveries in CT areas - 30miles radius of Hartford, CT. A delivery fee may apply based on mileage. We also have a free pick-up option available, with pick-up in Downtown Hartford.

How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled and delivered?

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be fulfilled. Once order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times may change during holidays or peak times.

Do your prices include delivery fees and taxes?

No, Taxes are applied at time of order. Delivery fees will be applied at checkout when applicable.

Can I choose what I get on my board?

We love to customize and can help include things you love, just ask us how. We choose meats, and cheeses carefully to ensure quality and taste, and to ensure the right pairing is done. We ask that you trust us to put something together that you will love.

I don’t see an option for me, can I customize one of your boards?

We will be happy to customize our boards to meet your food preferences! Please fill out a contact form and we will respond within 24 hours.

Can I hire The Rustic Bite to cater my event?

Absolutely! We can cater your wedding, birthday, anniversary, corporate event and more! For catering inquiries please submit a contact form and we will respond within 24 hours.

Does the Charcuterie board come with a wood board?

All of the boards and graze boxes come in a box. For board sizes Small - XL, we do offer a keepsake wood board for an additional $20 fee. To add the keepsake wood board just add this packaging option to your board when adding order to cart.

Can I add a personalized note?

Yes, just let us know in the notes what you would the gift message to say.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We allow cancellations within 48 hour notice of pick up or delivery for a full refund. If cancellation occurs with less than 48 of hours of delivery will not receive a refund instead you can reschedule for another time. For cancellations please email us at Therusticbite@gmail.com.
